BODY IDENTIFIES DANGEROUS DEVELOPMENTS IN EBUTE META

                             
Collapse prevention Guild has stepped  up its construction site monitoring activities and identified some substandard ongoing developments that may pose dangers to members of the public dangers to members of the public in Ebute Meta area of Lagos State.
BCPG members from the mainland cell visited various constructed sites in the Mainland Local Government Area on Thursday and discovered that despite efforts by relevant government agencies to stem the tide of building collapse, developers were still engaged in unwholesome practices. BCPG said some columns in the building were being removed  to create space for the conversion of the residential building into a proposed school.
No construction professional was supervising the activites. when a member of the guild talked to the owner of the building on phone.
