ARABLE FARMLAND PRICES COULD EXCEED FORECASTS – SURVEY.
Growth in average prime arable land values in the
united kingdom is rising and looks set to exceed baseline forecast for the
year, according to the lastest survey report from savills farms and Estates.
Following further increase during the third quarter of
2013, the value for prime arable land now average just under E 8,300 per acre across great britian, the
firm’s analysis shows.
According to Propertymattersmedia.com, this pushes
average growth up to 8.5 per cent so far this year, close to savills baseline
forecast for average value growth for 2013 of 8.8 per cent with a further
quarter to go.
