OGUN CAUTION RESIDENTS AGAINST ENCROACHMENT

cautioned residents against unauthorised buying and selling of land without the

Mr. Akindipupo Enilolobo said residents should seek approval before buying,
selling or putting up building on any of the corporation’s estates. He gave the
warning in a statement saying this followed increasing cases of encroachment on
estates and land across the state, adding that the corporation would not
hesitate to employ measures such as demolition to reclaim its land. He said
that the public should be careful when buying landed property on any of the
corporation’s estate within the state to avoid the less of money invested in
such property.
